The Trimline 73 H shown in this picture is built in with a surround with ceramic logs, which gives a beautiful classic effect. The appliance is balanced flue and has the very realistic flame picture that cannot be distinguished from a real fire, using a mixed log set or pebbles and the glass front can be easily removed for cleaning. The appliance is available with full remote control (battery operated) with clock thermostat. The controls are placed in a separate box, which makes them easily accessible. The Trimline 73 H has an efficiency of + 70% and a flue size diametre of 100-150 mm.

SinWi introduces Kal-Fire's new gas fire range at the Hearth&Home Exhibition

SinWi is proud to exclusively represent Kal-Fire in the UK.
Therefore, Kal-Fire’s new product range was introduced by SinWi at the Hearth&Home Exhibition, 8,9 and 10 June 2008. There were several appliances on the stand, most of them were Fairo closed gas appliances. There was one solid fuel appliance displayed; the Kal-Fire Heat Pure 85. We’ve used Inno-Flame’s bio burner system to have the appliance live burning, which was giving a very beautiful effect for the show. All stand visitors have received the information they need and we are sure we’ve made this exhibition a success! Hearth & home exhibition

As you might know the hearth and home exhibition is approaching. SinWi will be there and is proud to present to you a beautiful range of flue less bio-fuel , gas and wood burning appliances within two Dutch brands on 8th, 9th & 10th June.
Inno-Flame is a new Dutch brand for bio-fuel appliances, gas appliances and wood fuelled appliances. You can find us in hall C, stand C15.
Kal-Fire will present in cooperation with SinWi it’s new range of gas appliances during the Hearth & Home Exhibition. You can find us in Hall C, stand C25.

The history
SinWi has been selling heating appliances for many years and during that time have established themselves as one of Holland’s premier distributors in this field. Over the years the name SinWi has become synonymous with quality, durability and easy installation. This new production company is testament to the fact that Sinwi are one of the fore runners in design to suit a variety of interiors but still retaining the practicality of installation. All the appliances to be launched at Harogate fair are developed in Inno-flames own laboratory to CE and Din. Approval. Since its inception in 1999, SinWi Europe has grown rapidly to become one of Europe’s major distributors of both wood and gas heating appliances with Inno-flame products being an integral part of that range.

Technical- and sales trainings

To incorporate sales and technicians to a higher level, together with Kal-Fire SinWi organized several training days in May and June. SinWi is aware that it is very important that our customers know exactly the ins and outs about our products and what they are selling. This in combination with good service support from our side should be the key for there future successes.
Everyone who attended got a brief course about the principles of kal-fire gas appliances and chimneys. After the course, sales people got a tour through the showroom together with Frederick, and they learned about the unique selling points for several the main sold appliances of kal-fire. Beijko of Kal-Fire leaded the technicians to the research room, here it was time to resolve the manipulated issues / problems which were simulated in these kal-fire testing appliances. Afterwards the BIKO remote control was explained into detail this to apprehend customers an optimal service support level. We were made aware that the training days were very useful and we had a great time together. Therefore we would like to thank everybody who attended these training days.

All the information regarding the Kal-Fire appliances are available on cd-rom. The CD contains the gas-course presentation sheets, appliance information, installation instructions, FAQ’s and much more.

In April of this year SinWi Europe had the pleasure of 28 customers from various retail outlets throughout Ireland for training on a new product range
The training was greatly received by all with good feedback on the products. In good old Irish tradition we had a great time to-gether relaxing after all the training was finished
